Panel Discussions
·         AICTE funded Entrepreneurship cell is functioning in MBA department with various activities to create the interest of BNMIT students. Since its inception from 2012 various programmes like Entrepreneur Talk, Counseling sessions by successful entrepreneurs, mentoring sessions, Faculty development Programmes, Symposiums, Panel discussions have been conducted on to increase the entrepreneurship zeal among student community.
·         A Business Plan competition for various colleges was held during the annual fest ‘Arohan’ conducted by the MBA Department of BNMIT.
·         Regular interaction with young Entrepreneurs are arranged to enable students to pick up the required skills.
·         Sri Sarath Babu Elumalai, FOOD KING, Chennai  delivered a remarkable, inspirational Speech about his journey from a slum to multi millionaire  His speech was so inspiring that he received a standing ovation at the end. He is the person of knowledge, dedication, values, great strategist and incomparable love for his mother.












Mr. Sarath Babu Elumalai,  Chennai had a talk with aspiring student entrepreneurs of Bangalore on 26-10-2013 with Secretary Sri Narayan Rao R. Maaney who was much impressed by the humble talk delivered by Sri Sarath Babu Elumalai, fondly called as FOOD KING.
E-Cell arranged a panel discussion with many eminent strategists.  Around 700 B-school students across Karnataka participated in the programme to know more about strategies during their entrepreneurial journey.
Dr. Nayana Tara - Professor, IIMB threw light on various strategies adopted at IIM’s to successfully tackle the ever changing competitive world.  Ms. Dhanvanthi Jain -President, AWAKE stressed that getting it right takes a lot of trial and error, and advised students to  not waste time seeking perfection. Mr. Subbaiah- National Head, Team Lease spoke about how employers require a more sophisticated approach now to resourcing: one that strategically links talent acquisition to the needs of the business. Mr. Sreekar - Director Marketing, WIFI Networks explained how a climate for innovation encourages companies, educational institutions and research centers. Helps them get the best out of themselves and each other. New knowledge and technology offers enormous potential to promoting economic growth, creating jobs and finding solutions to major challenges.  Mr. Rajesh C N B, CEO Security Mechanics moderated the event tactfully with the right intention and interjections.
 The event was highly successful with a large number of students and faculty from various colleges across Karnataka attending the programme and also with the presence of   professionals from the corporate world.

Prof. L. Vijayashree, Conclave Chair emphasized that such talks by eminent personalities is a must in every B-School to enhance skills of the students.
