IPL Summer Competition 2016

BNMIT Entrepreneurship Cell conducts Innovative Project Lab Competition twice in a year for BNMIT students in order to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship and to create innovative technical thinking among the students. The best projects from different engineering streams were selected for the final IPL summer competition held on April 22, 2016 at BNMIT.
The Chief Guest and Judges for the Exhibition were Mr. D P K. Muthukumaraswamy, Innovation Leadership Consultant, Innomantra Consulting Pvt Ltd, Bangalore &                    Dr.S. Ramamurthy, Professor-IPR, Jain University, Bangalore.

22 Best Project Teams from various Engineering Streams of BNMIT were selected by their respective Departments to compete in the event.
The Evaluation Criteria was based on Possibility of conversion of project in to product, high innovative ideas, Feasibility and Use to the society.

The Project Champion award of Rupees.10000/- was awarded to Achyuth G R, Ashrith Pradeep from Computer Science Department for their project “Augmented Reality Business Products”.



Students projects being evaluated by external judges, Mr. D P K. Muthukumaraswamy, Innovation Leadership Consultant, Innomantra Consulting Pvt Ltd, Bangalore & Dr.S.Ramamurthy, Professor-IPR, Jain University, Bangalore along with Dr. L. Vijayashree, Head –MBA& Entrepreneurship cell, BNMIT, India.
