Dr. L. Vijayashree has wide academic experience in various Universities in India with Industry Background of 4 years. She has authored several International Journal Paper and National Research papers which includes Mustang International Journal of Law and Legal Studies-USA, Serbian International Journal of Management, Mustang Journal of Business Ethics-USA, The International Research Journal of Social Sciences and Management, Singapore, The Research Journal of Commerce and Behavioral Science-Singapore, Zenith international Journal- An International Multidisciplinary Research Journal, Greener Journals- USA, SYNERGY- Journal of K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research etc., in the areas of Stress, Role Efficacy, Locus of control, Coping with stress. Also presented Research papers and won outstanding paper awards in International conferences held abroad and in India.

She has published Books for undergraduate students in the areas of Business Environment, Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management.

She is a scientific Technical committee and editorial Board on Arts , Management and social sciences assisted by King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand, Advisory editor of Mustang Journal of Law and Legal Studies, USA, Editorial Board Member for  International Journal of Social Science Research, USA, Reviewers committee in International Journal of Human Resource management, FOREX –Technical Journal, Greener Journal and CMS Journal of Management –India.

She is BOE member of SPMVV University, Tirupati, Ramaiah University Bangalore, CMRIMS Autonomous, VTU online university Courses, Academic Advisory Member-NHRD, Member of ESI, PF Committee & HR Commitees of  FKCCI.

Presently she is guiding 4 PhD students in Stress, E-Governance and change management, Leadership, Role Efficacy and Locus of control areas.

She conducts Management Development programmes for Government Organizations like Fiscal Policy Institute, FKCCI etc along with various Faculty development programmes, consultancy works, conferences etc.


Being a vivid writer in Daily Newspapers, she concentrates mainly on overall development of students particularly in B-School by applying various advanced learning methods like Role plays, Games, workshops by students, street plays, simulations, exercises, Mind maps etc.

INNOVATIVE PROJECT LAB COMPETITION -2015 BNMIT Entrepreneurship Cell conducts Innovative Project Lab Competition twice in a year for BNMIT students in order to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship. Workshop on Innovation Management & Intellectual Property Rights Spectrum: Significance for Academia, Venue: BNMIT, Bangalore, Date: 7th November, 2015

Opening Remarks about the programme was done by Dr. L. Vijayashree followed by              Smt. Prabhavathi Rao, Program Coordinator, WTO & IPR Relay Cell, Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre Dept of Industries & Commerce, Govt of Karnataka. Session 1 was about Flavor to Innovation Management & Unleashing Creativity handled by          V Raghuram, Senior Advisor – IP & Technology Commercialization. Session 2 was about Overview of Intellectual Property Rights Spectrum: Significance for Academia in Business and Research handled by Dr.S Rama Murthy Head – IPR, Centre for Emerging Technologies, Jain University, Bangalore. IPL Summer Competition 2016

BNMIT Entrepreneurship Cell conducts Innovative Project Lab Competition twice in a year for BNMIT students in order to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship and to create innovative technical thinking among the students. The best projects from different engineering streams were selected for the final IPL summer competition held on April 22, 2016 at BNMIT. The Chief Guest and Judges for the Exhibition were Mr. D P K. Muthukumaraswamy, Innovation Leadership Consultant, Innomantra Consulting Pvt Ltd, Bangalore &                    Dr.S. Ramamurthy, Professor-IPR, Jain University, Bangalore. 22 Best Project Teams from various Engineering Streams of BNMIT were selected by their respective Departments to compete in the event. The Evaluation Criteria was based on Possibility of conversion of project in to product, high innovative ideas, Feasibility and Use to the society.
