National Faculty Development Programme on Entrepreneurship organized by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India held at BNMIT during 18th January to 30th January 2016.

Faculty from all over south India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andra, Telangana, and Kerala) participated in the 2 week faculty Development programme.
Topics Covered in the Training Programme are Steps in starting an Enterprise, Entrepreneurship Competencies, GETT Selecting tool and Self-rating questionnaire, Action Plan for fostering Entrepreneurship among Students, Games – Ring Toss, Team Building Activity, Implementation of EDP steps involves, Innovation in product development, Marketing, Financial support and Raw material assistance, Angel Investor talked about the angel investors and their ways of looking into a project and their expectations, Tower Building Game, IP Monetization and Business Plans. Trainers in the Programme were Mr. Raman Gujaral, South Regional In charge, EDII Mr. Yeshaswi, Program Director, EDII Dr. S. K. Prasad, HOD, Department of MBA, BNMIT Dr.L. Vijayashree, Prof & Chief Coordinator Ecell, BNMIT,  Mrs. Sowmya, a patent attorney, Mr. Naga- Angel Investor, Mrs. Gokila from NSIC.
