E-Week with Indias No.1 Entrepreneurship Author -Ms. Rashmi Bansal
Rashmi Bansal who has touched the lives
of many readers of all age groups particularly in India has become an
inspiration and role model to many. She is known as “India’s No. 1
Entrepreneurial Author”. She is a writer and youth expert. Her book "Stay
Hungry Stay Foolish” has got its title inspired by Steve Jobs. She has given
numerous thoughts on the entrepreneurial thinking and
entrepreneurship. “Its all about achieving, passion to do something more
and learning more and beyond the college syllabus” says the economics graduate
from Sophia College, Mumbai. She has written many books namely Stay Hungry Stay
Foolish, Poor Little Rich Slum, Take me Home, Follow Every Rainbow and many
others. Her latest book is Arise, Awake that explains about the young
entrepreneurs from different colleges across India.
"Try and Try until you succeed” is
her advice to the youngsters who must wait, have patience and must never give
up in pursuing and achieving their motives. She insisted that people should ask
themselves the questions like, “What do
I want to do in Life”? Or “where do I want to see myself in the next few
years?” in order to state their path and be ready to walk on that path to
achieve success.
She gave the three points to be
remembered which are the “Secrets of Success” & can be called as the 3Ps of
success. They are Purpose, Passion and
Perseverance. Entrepreneurship is not a one-time jo ;it is forever; it is a
thrill of creating and achieving new heights and levels in order to make
everyone’s life better. Purpose is to give positivity and hope to others,
Passion is to create something new and Perseverance is having patience. One
need not go to college to become an entrepreneur, unlike the olden days;
everything is available on the Internet. Making the right use of resources at
the right time and the right place is what an entrepreneur must possess. Many
of the entrepreneurs have achieved success by spotting an opportunity or by
creating an opportunity. “When you have the will, the means will follow” is the
quote given by the founder of JAM Magazine.
Mr. Chirag, Mr. Aditya Sharma, Ms.
Akansha were excited when she lastly touched upon two thoughts. She said, “Do
what you love” and “Love what you do”. These two quotes have great and
significant meaning and ignite the drive within us to pursue our goals.
